Who this covers
This covers lab staff, dental practice users, patients and manufacturer users who signed in through the app.
Delete your account in the app
Open Settings or Account, then select Delete account and follow the instructions.
What happens next
Your access ends immediately.
Your account is permanently removed after 30 days.
Signing in again within those 30 days cancels the deletion request and restores your access.
What stays
Case records, messages and the audit trail belong to the dental lab and are kept under its retention rules.
If you cannot sign in
Email hello@dentelligence.dental with the email address on your account.
